Good morning
could you please let me know Rental agreement and business license should register by partner`s name or only one person ? and what more things need to approve this is partnership ? so if something happen no body losing invest . and also how much cost to register business partnership .

You better asking for law consultant film in Vietnam and ask them to do everything for you. As i know, if you are foreigner and wishing to start your business in Vietnam you have to obey "Law On Foreign Investment". You invest into industrial zone, your business license will be issued by Industrial Zones Authority. If outside industrial zone, it will be issued by Department of Planing and Investment.
