There is a place called Language Studies International, across the street from Salamah Center on Prince Sultan street.  There is a supermarket across the street, forgot the name, and LSI is above the supermarket, with a big sign saying the name.

I would suggest that you probably need to make a new friends (Arabic speakers). according to my experience in learning different language it is the best way to practice and communicate with others rather than just having a private classes...
