My name is Reuben. Im originally from the UK but have been living in Australia. I work in addictions, psychotherapy and teach mindfulness meditation
I have just moved to Chang Mai to focus on a non-profit project and an organisation which promotes mindfulness and self-growth.
I have 20kg of books with me (no joke!) and am looking to settle somewhere for a couple of months where i can get my head down for a few hours a day.
i also know nobody - which is exciting!
any tips?
