Immunizations/Vaccinations in country

Hi,

I'll be in Ecuador for five months, primarily in the Andes. I am looking to get a typhoid immunization, yellow fever vaccination (because I will probably travel to Bolivia at some point), and possibly Hep A. My health insurance in the US doesn't cover too much so it would be relatively expensive for me to go to the doctor and get these here so I was considering getting them in Quito.

It looks like it is easy to get the yellow fever vaccine, does anyone know about Typhoid immunization? Does anyone have a clinic recommendation?

I also have very mild asthma and have not been to a doctor for a while to get my albuterol inhaler rx renewed (not the end of the world, but it's a nice thing to have around) and was wondering if that was something I could get either by rx or otc in Ecuador easily.

Thanks!

Yes the inhaler is not an issue and easily gotten. I paid $70 bucks for the hep A & B shot at the health department in town her in FL.
