Simplest way to know tuition costs, Google the university you are considering. Their website will list all of the pertinent info you need to base your decision. However, it is not as easy as you would think to be accepted. To the best of my knowledge, foreign students cannot legally work in Ukraine.

To find a jod in Kiev it's trully hard especially when you came from abroaght and your language skills in russian or ukrainian are usefull and you can't account on anyone.
In this way i think the better way for you, before finding a job here is to used to cultural, social and language traditions of Kiev, Ukraine.
