Hi all
My partner and I are looking to relocate to Tanzania and we're after some recommendations for potential places to live. Of particular importance to us are:
- Gorgeous beaches
- Good diving as we write/photograph for lots of dive magazines
- A small ex pat community
- Not too touristy, but not too remote either!
- Preferably no more than 3/4 hours from Dar
Any suggestions would be greatly welcome. I'd also be interested to know the approximate cost of renting a 2 bed place in the area and the rough cost of living...

PS - sorry, should clarify. We know all about the diving in Pemba, Mafia and Zanzibar, but are there any areas along the Tanzanian coast?
