Any all in one place in Atyrau?
All in One mean,
Shopping Center, Restaurant, Bar, Gym, Beauty Salon, Clinic, Cinema, least two or three are in the Same building or Plaza to entertain our self in the weekend.

Many start social life here by hanging out with colleagues. Ask them where they go to in the weekend and (try to) join them!
There is no such thing as an All-in-one as you describe, since the town is not that big. Smaller shopping areas: Ardager (incl. cinema/restaurant/bowling), Tamasha (shops, restaurant, children's play area), Rahat (shops, restaurant nearby) or Koktem (shops).
