My son is in Hanoi and needs me to mail him a new debit card. (He will activate it once it is there). He said he does not see mailmen nor anyone receiving mail at their home.
I'm reluctant to send it to the address but not sure what else to do.
Any input would be appreciated!

Send it via registered mail, like EMS or TNT, they will come to the house if he is not home they will leave a notice to come to their office. Dont send it via normal mail.

I receive normal mail to my house in Vung Tau with no issues that I know of (I receive everything I know is coming) but for important things like what your sending we usually have sent via FedEx or DHL to my wife's company address.
