Hi,
The most important are the items you want to import and export. Due to some laws till now vn government still bound foreigners to own some limited functions and for some you must need to have a vietnames partner.
So if you can explain a little bit more i may be going to able to write you more.
Beside that many companies are providing these services as well. They usually charge from 500$ to ..........

It also might be important, if you export as a corporation or private person. If you are private, you might want to consider a logistic company, which handles the export procedure for you.
