Hi all!! Has anyone tried to use skype to call a cell phone in Libya? IŽve just tried it and got a message something like this: This phone number is not supported by MCI, you have to try a local operator (more or less). Any suggestions?

I've used skype from Africa and Europe to a Libyan mobile without any issues. Line quality wasn't bad at all.

I used Skhpe to call Libyana and Madar mobile phones and it worked perfect. I even SMSed from Skype to Libya..
