Hello, I'm here in Ho Chi Minh for vacation with my family. I'm staying at a hotel in district 1, and I need an occasional babysitter for my two kids, a boy whom is 5 and a girl that is 1. I will need a sitter during some days in the daytime and sometime at night when we go out. We are staying here till feb 18.

You should talk to the hotel first, they might have rules OR even a member of staff who could help.

I concur with Jaitch. This society is very complex and integrity is a rare commodity. Since you are their guests, the hotel could help and at least you are better assured in the security aspect. Better be doubly cautious than regret later!
