Hi - I obviously missed a great evening and a great bar last week.  Another time definitely.  So, this week I am in the UK visiting my family but next week, yes, another tip top bar suggestion please, and I will be there.

I'm in - 14th or 15th
14th is Valentines Day of course so there may be additional people/lovers out ;-) and venues may be doing something different to normal.

On14th thursday evening,  i would suggest after work at VIP or Queen in paris.
If any one has other nice plans, i am IN also.

Hi all - I was away this week too and it seems no-one chose a bar for this week.  Let's keep things going and be sure to meet next week.  I cannot suggest a bar exactly but I would love to try The Poet's Cafe - Cafe Le Procope. It is the oldest cafe in the world apparently and sounds quite interesting.   http://www.placesinfrance.com/procope_c … paris.html

It looks like the food in the evening is a little expensive but maybe it is OK for a treat!  or we can just order some entrees that are not too expensive.  If we meet after work, maybe it is OK to just order a drink.  I am happy to do that myself.
 
Is Tuesday after work good for anyone? Around 5.00 or 5.30?  I will see if I have to book a table.
