Hello all my expat friends!

I will be back this winter to Singapore. Wonder if you know if there is some cooking course I can take. I would like to learn how to make chili crab I will be there between 26-28 december. If there isnt, is there any restaurant where the chef allow customer to go inside to see how they do the dish? (I dont want to watch youtibe, I want to learn from the master himself/herself).
