Best school in Kent

Kent operates the "11 plus" system of education so during the last year in junior school, the child sits the exam to determine if they are academically bright or not. The top 23 percent or thereabouts go to a grammar school, the rest go to a non selective school.I would imagine you are looking for a place in a grammar school and would say you will undoubtedly have to sit an entrance exam. There are good schools which are non-selective but I have no knowledge of these.Look at "OFSTED" reports for each school you are interested in, these are available from the schools themselves or online.A grammar school will place more emphasis on academic qualifications rather than vocational.I hope this helps.
