Hello,
I have a bit of dilemma. I had extreme open knee surgery last week & am in need of a wheel chair with elevated leg rests. My husband purchased a wheelchair 2 days before my surgery, but it doesn't have the elevated leg rests, so I can't use it because I am in a hip to ankle rigid splint for the next 6-8 weeks.
We are having a hard time finding one with elevated leg rests.
I was wondering if anyone out there had a new/newer (clean) wheel chair with elevated leg rests that they would be willing to trade for one that has the fixed lower foot rests. The one I have has never been used. It is just sitting against the wall in my room taking up space. I feel like it is a wasted item as I won't be able to use it & that really is awful.
If anyone has any helpful information that would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Thank you for your offer but unfortunately I am in Jubail/Jubail Industrial City. I am going to be in Khobar tomorrow for my surgery follow-up appointment & may check a few more places while there. I am hoping to have some success.
