Hi all.
We recently bought an hd tv. We have an osn satellite but the HD channels can't work
When we called osn, they said from their side alls good.
What could the problem possibly be? If it's anything to do with the satellite, who do we contact for help??

First Make sure that u have OSN HD receiver. If not call them to replace your receiver
Also you can call them at 014796000 to ask for technician to come to your home, usually free of charge.
