Effective from 01.02.2012, visa runs will not be allowed to get a new stamp/visa every 90 days. Duration of stay will be limited to 90 days during the past 180 days.

They tried doing this a couple of times before but were not really able to implement it. This time it looks like they are more serious about it though..
