Anyone has any nice cafes or hang out place in Taipei to reccommend? I'm going to be in the city for two weeks and looking for somewhere nice to chill out 
Also, i'm hoping to play some good basketball in taipei

I'm here to visit my sister but she will be busy with stuff so I was thinking of going around the city and meeting new basketballers if possible. Taipei has been awesome:)
