Going out in Taipei
Hi there,
Which are your 10 favorite places to go out in Taipei?
Which places would you recommend to newcomers? (restaurants, pubs, discos, theaters, cinemas, concert halls...)

The new unofficial nightlife center is in the Hsin Yi Disctrict near Taipei 101. Then are around 10 nightclubs and numerous other bars in that area, the majority of which are situated around Neo 19. Firstly, buy beer at the 7/11 and people watch as you drink. By eleven pm it is starting to get a little busy and the atmosphere outside is almost as good as going in. Finally, choose a bar: Barcode is very posh, or a nightclub Lava, Room 18 among others.
