Let us be our brothers keeper!!

I think we should endeavor to be our brothers
keeper where ever we reside to eliminate scam
and false information.

Let us be our brothers keeper!!

Brothers keeper,eh?

Okay here is my input that might save someone some trouble.

Be warned of anyone posting as a real estate salesperson or relocation specialist or consultant for their country.

As hard questions.

How long have they actually lived in an area?

If you are asking about children or education ask them if they have children or if they actually have any idea on how the education system rates globally?

Where did they get that information?

Ask for facts not opinions.

Notice if they gloss over things you asked with vague information. Did they actually answer all your questions?

If they are a relocation consultant realize they have a vested interest in telling you what you want to hear.

If a stranger asked you for $10,000 would you just give it to them? Not likely.

Then why would you trust a stranger on the internet to base one of the most important decisions of your life as far as where you live?

Ask for references. Check to see if the country that they are in has requirements for real estate licenses?

Anyone with a few hundred dollars and time can come up with an impressive website.

This is your life. This is not a dress rehearsal.

Regardless of what you hear from anyone, visit the county yourself and ask tough questions.

Now I have been my brothers keeper, the rest is up to you.

i dont get, what does "brothers keeper" have to do with anything?
