Family vs Single contract

I am trying to get my company to switch me from a single status to family contract.
Does anyone know the differences in KSA Labour Law. I know that for a single contract they have to give expat staff health insurance and an allowance towards accommodation of three months wages.
I know most things are a negotiation but what are they legally obliged to provide?
