Hi. Can an employee resign after 3 months probation period is finish? Does anyone knows? Or are they obliged to pay for a penalty fir breach of contract? Please answer. Thank you

There is no fine to be paid as per the Saudi Labor Law .
the employee and the employer both parties has the right to terminate the contract at anytime if they both agreed on this termination.
but some cases depends on the employer himself. they might ask you to payback all the expenses of the residency transfer , but it's not something mentioned in Law.
