I had a pleasant conversation with someone from Haraj as I wanted to buy something. I. have both his number and his name, even his work location but unfortunately, after sending the money the person does not show any reaction. As I already had good experience with Haraj and now feel like I should be doing something. I have screenshots of the conversation, the profile and as mentioned his number and a picture of his working batch.
I would like to try to go to the police in order to file a report. Can someone here confirm to me if that is the right way or is there something? I read about an app that I should use but after filing the report twice with proof they just closed it without any comment. It feels like Chief himself sits on the other side...
In any case, I would be really happy for any advise or hint how to pursue legal measures here and generally, what to do in such a situation to get this resolved in a proper manner.
