I am a technical person, currently working as a laboratory manager for a energy storage company that is international. I would like to find us based companies that have r and or manufacturing plants in the DR. Can anyone suggest a way to find leads, make contact?

Hi Brandon, welcome to the forum! Do you have your cedula so that you can work legally in the DR? How is your Spanish?
Your best bet will be companies in the Free Trade Zone or Zona Franca. With specific skills they will often sponsor a work visa but you will need Spanish at a fairly fluent level. To find the lists of companies in Zona Franca you can google for the lists and I think they are broken down by area of the country.

I dont have it yet, but I will be able to get it done. my Spanish is not great. but I am taking classes and I have Dominican friends that are bi lingual.
