Hi my wife and I (based in the US) are currently in Ahmedabad taking care of my sick mother in law. My wife is trying to work remotely but we have an 8 month old. We tried a few word of mouth nanny's but they feel through. We are not price sensitive and are willing to pay well for a good fit. My wife and I see ourselves as fair and pretty easy to get along with (of course that's in the eye of the beholder).
I see agencies online but I just don't know how to vet these options.
