Is it possible for Iranians to get a permanent residency through marriage here in Philippines? Is there any Iranians who were able to acquire this privilege from the Philippines?

Permanent residency can be obtained by having an SRRV or being married to a Filipina and applying for a 13A visa. Otherwise, you will be considered a tourist. i dont know about restrictions applicable to any countries.
Your best source of information would be the Philippine Embassy or Consulate.

Hi, as a citizen of Iran you will need a visa to enter the Philippines. There is an embassy in Theran and you can contact them by email: [email protected]
If the girl is in Iran now, it might be easier to marry her in Iran than here in the Philippines. You can also contact the consulate of Iran in Manila: mnl.consular@[link moderated]

i guess you can't get permanent vis, but you can get TRV visa after marry

Marrying a citizen of the Philippines and properly applying for a residency once approved you get a temporary residency card along with a ACR card.
If you avoid all legal issues for the one year probation and remain married you will qualify for a permanent residency. You can double check the official Philippines immigration website for further information and guidance.

The OP is an Iranian living here. He must have checked with good sources who said he needed a TRV. In your response it is difficult to tell if you are referring to TRV. FWW, TRV is for people from countries that do not have reciprocal spousal residences with the Philippines, Iran is one India is another. What I didn't know is that regular Philippine spousal residence visas like SRRV and 13A are not automatically available to everybody, only to people from countries with reciprocal agreements. But TRV isn't bad; it is temporary but it is extendable as long as person is alive and marriage remains intact.
