Unless you find someone senior in the government to help you with this, you are going to have to exit. Conversion is not a standard process or in other words, it is not officially allowed.

Going exit and coming back with dependent visa is not a problem
We having a leased vehicle under my wife Bank account she is paying but in absher shows co owner authorisation is under me
is this problem for me to going exit? is it possible to remove co owner authorisation temporary upto i am coming back?

You have to transfer it into her name completely before final exit can be issued.
