If your accommodation is fully paid for (incl. utilities) and you only have to pay your daily expenses for food and transport from it, then it is POSSIBLE to survive on just 400€/Month. But as this is below the poverty line, you'd have to forgo all luxuries, search for cheap offers and live a very basic lifestyle - weekend trips and restaurant meals are definitely out! Is that what you want?
