Prescribed medication when moving to Spain

Hello

I live in the UK (I am half English and half Irish).

I am in my late 50's and take blood pressure pills every day ( Candesartan ) a very common medication. I get this ftom the NHS

If I move to Spain permently ( I assume obtaining my NIE using my Irish passport would be best). Can I still get my medication OK?

I read you can transfer your NHS rights to care to Spain (using form S1 I think is was).  However, the post I read said for retirees. Now I will not be working as my income from savings and private  pension will be at least 30k euros per year. However, I will not officially  be considered a pensioner in the UK at least until I reach 67.

So I am wondering could I transfer my NHS rights to Spain before reaching official retirement age (again,I will not be working) ?

As I need to make sure I can get my blood presure medication

I would be grateful for input / advice

Thanks very much

Charlie
