I have a valid kuwait driving license more than a year and my designation is civil engineer and also i met the salary requirements too. I'm going to cancel my visa and coming back to kuwait with a new sponser with same designation, meeting the salary requirments too. is it possible for me to drive car with my exisitng driving license or else i have to start everything from scratch. If i have to reapply can i start once i entered the country or else have to wait for another 2 years
