no need to authenticate any do=documents in Kuwait only need for personal government services ,

Avam I think i understand what you are saying:
if you have been offered a job in teaching, regarding where your degree is from; you will need to get it properly authenticated by ministry of foreign affairs, higher education ministry, and the embassy of kuwait, then when you get to kuwait, you would need to go to your embassy and have it stamped there (verifying the stamps from your home country are true) and then the ministry of foreign affairs in Kuwait (To verify the kuwait embassy stamp from your home country is true).
