Hi there.
Visas from other countries might allow you to legally move freely within the Schengen Zone, but From my reading of the IND document regarding working in the Netherlands that visa would be specifically for Germany and doesn't carry over to the Netherlands. You'd need company sponsorship for a work visa if you are a non-EU citizen. There are other options such as a working holiday visa which is dependent on your age and the country you are coming from.
