does anyone know if my Korean husband can renew his visa (13-a) without my consent?
we are separated for almost 2 years without any contact. I'm a bothered wife he hurts me physically and mentally and emotionally. He went back to Korea for almost a year already. Does anyone know if he can renew without my consent? I am so scared of him. Please let me know if you have any information. Please
I think you can have his visa cancelled by contacting BI with the relevant information. The visa must have your consent. As it seems that you are an abused wife, I'm sure that would be sufficient t cause.

you can report this to the immigration and they might cancel the visa. If he is in the Phils he might get a notice to leave. This will not prevent him to return as a tourist. To block him from re-entry, you might need more. The immigration will advise you what to do.
