Buying in DR, personally ownership or LLC?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has any experience here.  I have figured out the path per say as far as registering an American LLC in the DR for a RNC tax number but I am wondering if anyone has done this personally.  I have an attorney in DR I am working with and have posed the question to my accountant for review.  I just want thoughts of anyone that has done this for tax purposes.  Is there a benefit in DR or a benefit for US.  I would think so ...

This can be a complicated question depending on your personal situation.  There are definite benefits to keeping them separate and distinct. Then you have "choice" on what goes back and forth.

Is the property for personal use or is it an investment property?
