To add, your forum information tells us you're interested in moving to Lisburn, which is in Northern Ireland, yet you ask for information about flying to Dublin, which is a different country. I'm assuming that this is because there are no direct flights between Canada and Northern Ireland; if so, you also need to meet the requirements for importing your pet into Northern Ireland from Ireland; the Northern Ireland Government website has the details about how to do that, this link will take you straight to it.
