The CCIFT is a non-profit organization registered with the Taipei City Department of Social Affairs, and therefore adheres to the Taiwanese associations regulations. Traditionally, every year in March, the CCIFT members gather at its General Assembly and elect the new Executive Committee, composed of seven members plus two replacements. Afterwards, the Executive Committee elects its Chairman, Vice-Chairmen, Treasurer and General Secretary. The General Assembly also elects a Supervisor, independent from the Executive Committee. The CCIFT also organizes 4 committees meetings to discuss issues of major importance to the Chamber: Business support; Events; SME (Small and Medium Enterprises); Employment and alumni. These committees are open to all interested members.
