Introduction
I am an executive chef living in Cyprus. I have more than 30 years of experience in fine dining. Owned a Michelin star restaurant in Caracas, Venezuela, was chef to Sir Elton John as well as executive chef to several five star hotels on many continents. I was head hunted to open a fine dining restaurant in Cyprus specializing in Mediterranean cuisine. Now relocating to Dublin
