Expat experience
3 red talapia fish farms 300 coconut trees 100 Mangio, Papaya, breadfruit trees. 12 acres of rice
I live here, only expat in the 20km surrounding area
nothing
I retreated to Hawaii due to the Corona Virus...........got as stuck here, but think I will once again reside in Vietnam in June 2022. My family is there, three farms, Rice, Fruit Trees, and 3 Fish Ponds and a couple houses in the Mekong Delta Region.

Expensive
Homestead, raising cattle, rice farm - building fish farm in the Mekong.
Quiet, Mekong Delta living.
Not much for an Amrican to do 'cept integrate with the people here.
We have built three fish farms, 40 acres of rice fields, over 500 fruit trees in the Mekong Delta Region. My next project is raising local snakes, and releasing them into the wild to keep the rat population down.
