Coming to Brasil after six years in Ireland and England.Lived for 18 months prior to that in Sao Carlos, SP. Originally from Aberdeen in Scotland, I still travel there to work on the oil rigs every six weeks. Moved to Brasil with my partner, who has a job here. Living in Bahia requires different survival skills than living in Sao Paulo state! Couldn't be more different. I do love Brasil, the energy of place in infectious compared to the comparative gloom of Britain!
