I am originally from New York City. I lived in Southern California for 8 years then moved back to New York, then in 2010 my fiance( who is from Montana) and I moved to Puerto Rico. BEST DECISION EVER. Having a strong background in Real Estate, and residing connections to New York and California, I became a licensed real estate broker in Puerto Rico. I now run a fantastic niche finding rentals and homes for ex-pats. It is incredibly difficult when you are moving to a new country ( yet Puerto Rico is truly a common wealth of the US) and expect stateside living expectations. Since I know what stateside movers are looking for, my real estate expertise proves invaluable in finding the right lifestyle homes/ rentals on the island. I work Island wide, and live in San Juan.
