From Canada. Looking at the Canoa, Bahia area. Love the Central/South American culture/attitude/food/language. Have always felt at peace within a few hundred meters of the ocean!! Canoa seems to have the right combination of "off the overly beaten path", but not total seclusion. I'd enjoy helping out in the community by teaching English (ESL certified) or basic computer skills (not for money, just because I can). Planning to do some in country research and study Spanish in April/May 2016.
