Worked in the Oil & Gas sector there.
People were wonderful, but the
Country was in very bad shape after 25 years of civil war. Everything was sooooo expensive; believe it or not, Luanda, Angola consistently rates among the top 3 most expensive cities in the world to live in.

Loved Kuwait and look forward to coming back here someday.
A little too conservative for me, but I still enjoyed the time there and friendships made. I could always fly to Dubai or Bahrain for a weekend if I wanted to.
