I am from North Carolina, USA and I have 35 years experience in practicing medicine and have focused on HIV/AIDS for much of that time. I have lectured for the last 20 years at local universities and medical schools. I have been a clinical researcher in over 60 trials for new HIV medications. My husband and I are thinking about relocating to Ecuador in the near future and I am interested in finding out what employment opportunities there are for me.
I joined expat.com on 10 April 2015.
My spouse and I want to retire there; however, I would be willing to also work at least part time teaching health science and English. I have practiced medicine for 30 years and would like to retire from the practice of medicine and take on a new challenge or adventure.
We have several friends who have moved there from our hometown, Charlotte and absolutely love the country, people, climate, just everything!
I can't think of anything.
