Hi there! My husband and I live in Nelspruit and are seriously thinking about moving to Uruguay. I started up and have run a successful Backpackers Hostel (Funky Monkeys) for the last 17 years. It's been great fun but we feel like it is time for a change. Henri is a game ranger but due to a back problem can no longer guide. He has set up a great Hydroponic & Aquaponic garden system at our Backpackers and now grows lettuce and herbs which we sell to supermarkets and farmers markets. It is great fun and a perpetual learning curve for us. We're really interested in green energy and setting up a small scale farm...
