My name is Jose Maria Pereira. I come from a workers family in Brazil. I born in a small vilage in Minas Gerais. With age of 5, my family moved out for a bigger town, where i have done my hight school. After that, when i was 21 years old, i moved myself to a city called Campinas, near Sao Paulo, where I study Social Comunication and Jornalism. I was working about 10 years as a journalist in Brazil, I had a good jobs, Three actualy. Like workaholic used to work about 15 hours daily. On that time i few like I was unhappy because I always had a good hand to cook. And i always absorb a lot of knowledge about culinary and gastronomy. So after extremely thoghts I decide to go abroad, to live, see new cultures, people and learn other languages. When I came to Ireland, I knew since the first moment that I was looking for a dream, to be a profetional chef. And today I can tell you that I got that dream done. Because, now I have the same passion but with refine technique, experience and accurate taste. I can asure you that you are going to do the right choice take in a good look on my "perfil".
