I am an M.Sc (Ag) in Horticultural Engineering from Bangladesh Agricultural university, served a long years in the Ministry of Agriculture, Bangladesh Government in farm management activities. Technically, Administratively as well as Financially managed as Additional Director and other positions with full satisfaction of the authority. I have learned sustainable farming & gardening production, financial & farming record maintenance, Benefit cost ratio assessment, Monitoring, Evaluation, Cost- effective Business planning appropriately since my joining in the service. I am trying to lead thorough honest life as well as time conscious, able to work under pressure. innovative, hard working, as well as in emergent cases, I do perform my duties even in weekends. I am friendly with excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a team player with good human relation skills
