In the past, I have managed a couple of 2- and 3-Michelin star restaurants as Maitre d in Belgium. I also have managed 4- and 5-star international hotels as either Food & Beverage Manager or as Food & Beverage Director in The Netherlands, Thailand, and Vietnam.
