Moving to and learning to live in Morocco
Author
I have moved to Morocco, Marrakesh, to live part time to learn about the country, culture and work with other professionals to teach English. I have recently retired from a large telecommunications company and am ready to become a student of Morocco to learn more about this beautiful and exotic country, its people and history. I am interested in meeting with other women to share life observations and stories about who they are and how they got there.

Welcome to Morocco, enjoy learning :)
One of the best ways to learn about and adjust your concept of Morocco is to try and make contact with The American peace Corps Volunteers. Many of them would have spent more than a year in the country and thus can provide unique and helpful tips of how to survive your initial apprehensions, if you experience any.
I believe the APC office is in Rabat, Rue Tangier.
Good luck
