Hello, I've been emailing the SSA - Federal Benefits Unit at the US Embassy in Manila to no avail. Anyone else having the same problem? I must have sent ten emails to fbu.manila@ssa.gov but have not received any response. I have used this email before and had some success. Appreciate any feedback.
