Thinking of moving overseas to Wales after graduation?

Hello everyone, I'm new to this site but let me give you a little bit of sone background of me.
I'm half welsh, half American & cuban.
My mother is from wales,and so is all of my family. I am thinking of moving over there after I graduate to spend some with family and get away from this country, I have been stuck living in Texas for 8 years. I've been to Wales several times and I loved it.  Very beautiful place.
Okay I have some questions on expenses for cost of living especially
Renting
Utilities
Food
College
Medical
Etc
And I'm a britsh citizen and an American citizen so I can move straight away there and back here.  I get the best of both worlds lol  please let me know!
I'm going over there for vacation next summer but im thinking of just staying over there if I decide.
